The machine is made by 15+15 pieces on 2 parallel lines. The coupling can be either in length or width It is possible to apply a dryer for demoulds, the “on length” disposition is cheaper for dryer installation.
The module consists of:
- Support bench mould on floor where lower semi-moulds are fixed (concave)
- Higher cross lifted which supports upper semi-mould (convex).
- Lifting system implemented by gear motors, trapezoidal screws.
- The moulds closing system is mechanical with a pneumatic system to have a perfect fit to the moulds.
- Casting plant using PVC pipes, supply and distribution valves, stainless steel tank and accessories to use (taps, probes etc.).
- Electrical system with switchboard, protection and control casting cycle.
- All safety devices provided by the most stringent existing standards and manuals on.
- The piece can be extract easily by hand, even staying on top (by placing under a plateau of demoulder and releasing it with a blast of compressed air) to parade it from the lower (in this case it is necessary to choose define demoulding points or mould pieces to be removed)
Deposit bench
Considering high piece density the same are deposited on trolleys reducing space of fixed deposit bench, on specific request.
Demoulder device Mini Telemachus type
To facilitate the extraction of the piece from the lower moulds, especially for very large tanks or basins etc.. You can use the simplified demoulder Mini Telemachus type. Thanks it the lifting operation on the desired floor and replacing the piece is fully automatic. It is all pneumatic, as also the necessary vacuum to suction sampling is achieved by draft gage to venturi effect.
Dryer
The dryer, available on request, can be placed on the machine to achieve a double casting daily
Permitted uses
This machine was made to realize pieces with obliged thickness (without drainage) and with two parts moulds, but it can be also used to produce other pieces, always into 2 parts and not big size, realized with mould divided into two parts such as wash basins…
