The casting machine, CSC type, allows simultaneous casting from one to six plaster moulds, depending of the mould size and type.

It consists of special frames where mould can be fixed. It has the characteristic of being able to rotate the frames both jointly or individually. It can casts all sanitary wares composed by two or three parts (if the third party is manually removable) such as toilets and bidets suspended (made with molds in three parts), wash basins of all kinds, kitchen sinks, shower trays, cisterns, columns, other special parts, etc. The casting machine, CSC type, allows to install moulds initially developed for manual casting, allowing casting and dripping them into every position (at flat, vertical or inclined as needed) and it is true even for demoulding phase possible in any position with a minimum effort for the operator (in fact it presents a series of adjustable counterweights, related to the weight of the mould, to minimize the effort to lift its the various parts).

The operator can rotate the two parts of the mould for casting and drain in each desire location. Demoulding phase allows taking away two semi-moulds (assisted by ropes and counterweights system) and turning them independently, in any position you desire. The piece is removed from the mould, settled in horizontal position, through a demoulder- truck with pneumatic function (it mounted only an auxiliary rubber pneumatic cylinder). The units can be coupled freely into length or frontally, by means of proper accessories provided. 
 
Permitted Uses
It is a good solution for small productions, productions that require frequent changes of moulds, tests of production of simple maintenance, without power supply and then easy to move from a department to another.
