The machine is made by coupling modules in line from 50 or 60 moulds. The coupling can be either in length or width. If you plan to apply a dryer, you should realize a set of coupled machines in width. For economy, the width coupling allows to reuse the demoulder on several benches, adding a translator and a track, staggering appropriately casting times. The moulds are closed horizontally at pack.
The module consists of:
- Support bench moulds to fixed inclination with two fixed push heads and track for sliding bogies;
- Lateral guidances to support external demoulder;
- Movable units equipped with a release system from fixing on the bench;
- Oleo-dynamic pressures mounted on the moving heads, each consisting of four cylinders with the oscillating head adaptive and relative pressurization pump.
- Truck for the furniture in equal in number to moulds assembled;
- External demoulder at arc, heavy series, motorized, sliding on rails outside the bench at electro-hydraulic system with rollover mould, “plateau” block, detachment pieces and placing on cart;
- Casting plant using PVC pipes, supply and distribution valves, stainless steel tank and accessories to use (taps, probes etc.).
- Discharge plant with side channel/s blowers and adjustable pressure relief valve/s.
- Electrical system with switchboard, protection and control casting cycle.
- Under-mould blow system composed by a centrifugal fan and an inflatable rotatory hole hose.
- All safety devices provided by the most stringent existing standards and manuals on.
Deposit bench
The machine is designed for use only cart provided. The bench is not provided.
Dryer (see overview)
The dryer is available upon request, it can be mounted on the machine to make a daily double casting. Usually the blower with inflatable tube sub-moulds type is enough, supplied, in order to achieve a second casting. The dryer is used only if the slip is particularly and needs long time.
Permitted Uses
Casting wash basins / shower trays, columns etc.. large with high quality expectations.
