These machines are used for casting wash basins and other pieces with moulds divided into two parts. The machine is achieved by coupling online forms by 60 seats (different quantity on request). Coupling can take place either in length or width. If you plan to apply a dryer, you should create a battery of machines coupled in length. For economy, the coupling length allows to reuse demoulder on multiple counters, staggered appropriately casting time. The moulds are closed horizontally to the parcel.
The module consists of:
- Support bench moulds to fixed inclination with two fixed push heads and track for sliding bogies;
- Movable units equipped with a release system from fixing on the bench;
- Oleo-dynamic pressures mounted on the moving heads, each consisting of four cylinders with the oscillating head adaptive and relative pressurization pump.
- Truck for the furniture in equal in number to moulds assembled;
- Sliding demoulder inside bench with oleo-dynamic function and turnover mould system, “plateau” stop and piece detachment.
- Casting plant using PVC pipes, supply and distribution valves, stainless steel tank and accessories to use (taps, probes etc.).
- Discharge plant with side channel/s blowers and adjustable pressure relief valve/s.
- Electrical system with switchboard, protection and control casting cycle and demoulding. The latter is controlled by PLC and inverter to make sure and fluid its movements
- Under-mould blow system composed by a centrifugal fan and an inflatable inflatable hole hose.
- All safety devices provided by the most stringent existing standards and manuals on.
Deposit bench
It is not avoid because, generally, it uses trucks to deposit pieces. On request.
Demoulder device Ulysses
The casting machine demould into a tilted position, it need two people to avoid the sliding of the piece and transfer it to the deposit. If you desire to avoid the second person, using the Ulysses, the extraction operation, it lift-up the piece on the desired plan and relocating it in automatic way. The operator only is a supervisor, in addition to that to achieve processing required on the demoulding piece (creating holes technicians, eliminating smearing etc.)
Dryer (see overview)
The dryer is available on request, can be placed on the machine to achieve a double casting daily. Generally a blow for undermould is enough, included, to realize the second casting. Dryer need only if the slip is very particular and need long time.

Casting of medium/large wash basins, simple in shape with modest quality requirements.
