Prepares appropriate mixtures by pouring water / plaster perfectly degassed and homogenized.
The module consists of:
- Tank into PVC for the preparation placed on metal stand with wheels and driving;
- Dosing system of water and plaster full of pneumatic valves;
- Power System plaster dust by suction socket screw with predisposition;
- Hopper transit for deposit of gypsum
- Bell degassing with propeller stirrer with variable speed rubber cover spray;
- pneumatic System lifting of the bell with a security arrest;
- System for generating vacuum pump vane with oil injection or similar;
- Electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
Truck moving tank plaster
On request we can provide trucks handling thrust system of taking plastic tubs complete with metal stand. Include a hydraulic lifting system with hand pump pedals and a tilting system with manual gearbox worm. The same truck can be supplied with electrical battery versione translation for lifting.
